Consequence, the newly signed Good Music/Sony (Kanye West's imprint) recording artist has gone back into the archives to retrieve accapellas from his past performances on A Tribe Called Quest's Beats, Rhymes and Life album as well as other unreleased materials from his days as a member of A Tribe Called Quest and his stints at Relativity and Rawkus and material he recorded under The Ummah Records (Jay Dee, Q-Tip) imprint and will release them for a new project entitled A Tribe Called Quence. Consequence has taken this older material and had producers such as Kanye West, Buckwild, 88 Keys, Large Professor and Yogi of the Hitmen remix the tracks. Further, we even hear that Consequence is re-creating the LP cover art of A Tribe Called Quest's Midnight Marauders LP and updating it with a who's who of today's artists. News On The DL (HipHopSite)
